In the big scheme of things it’s not as bad as it looks, last weigh in was months ago, and in that time I’ve done more strength training, Putting on muscle mass,but! Also as a previous post said, I lost all discipline in September, and obviously added weight, I took back control in October, of my food, today, I’m taking back accountability.
185.3 lb Lost so far: 69.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do normally do 50, but I’ve increased Cardio to get back to where I want to be as quickly as I safely can , your being nice because I let you keep all your points 🤣🤣❤️💋💋 (when will you reach your destination?)

I do some bullshit outreach work in rural communities occasionally, it requires lots of driving. Why so hard on yourself? I guess discipline is good, but I don’t like seeing people getting obsessed about silly numbers. One thing I really like about you and Paula is that you guys don’t do that. It’s like watching beautiful wildlife in Yellowstone.

It’s not bullshit outreach work , It’s important, caring and worthy 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 , I would agree (that’s twice now) numbers are arbitrary, but mentally, I need to increase the effort for a month, then can calm it all down a bit (it’s a whole story, I lost all the weight first, then put on muscle mass, meaning my weight was going UP , and I’ve found that mentally challenging, I should of done weights before I reached my goal weight, so my weight slowly went down) but I now know that ! And am continuing weights and cardio ❤️💋💋

Haha do you like waking up to the sounds of roosters, woodpeckers, insects? That’s where I am today😂🐓 You looked too skinny back this summer, when I thought you were a vain Brazilian🇧🇷 I’m glad you gained some weight💋

I live next to a forest, so every morning and day hear birds and foxes 🤣 AGAIN ( I agree) maybe I was too skinny, (people tell me I look better now, then I did then) but it’s perception isn’t it? And that’s mentally hard, I’m perfectly happy with my muscle shape now, (even my strong calf’s that you didn’t notice 🤣) I just wanna lose a few kilos, to get me back under 80kg , then I’ll reevaluate it 👍🏻❤️💋💋 you have another long drive today?

I did notice your strong calf!!!🐄😂 The gym art this week was marvelous🖼 I told you I have no complaints today, didn’t even mention the certain piece of furniture when you dipped in my savings to purchase the grey socks🧦 I’m very nice this morning, you’d better take advantage of it, it won’t last very long😂😂😂💋

Hi Rach, weekends been good, plenty of sport to watch today 🤣 I’m not worried or anxious about the weight gain, this post is just about me taking back control of my accountability today, because I didn’t log the gains over the last 3 months, equally I haven’t logged the losses since the start of October, I know my current routine will get results, also knowing as you said, a fair amount of those kilos is muscle mass, so no drama’s!🤣🤣💪🏻 Your weekend been good?
