I don't know why my weight went up. I've been in ketosis every day. (Dark Pink!) I check once in the morning and once at night. I have not cheated by eating off of atkins once. I think my highest day was 22 net carbs. I don't do sugar alcohols because it may stall you. Fiber I do the net carbs on. To top it off my hubby has been playing loose with it and lost 4 pounds this week. The only reason I can think of is the meds I'm on. The doc switched the 2 I'm on. One on Tuesday and one on Thursday. I will do this, I can do this, I will just have to work harder if the meds cause weight gain.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 127.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If the net carbs work for you, that's great. I don't count net carbs, I just count carbs, and stay under 20. You have to see what works for you. Keep that attitude--you can do it!

Don't stress it. Either talk to your doctor and see what is going on. Could be the change in medication, stress or water.
