Shirfleur thank you. Just disappointed in myself. I catch myself mindlessly snacking but I’m so stressed out. The courts are visiting my house tomorrow. Just a routine visit due to me having primary custody but it’s still unsettling. Just need to get through all this.

You're doing amazing! You would have to have eaten more than 15,000 calories over your RDI in two days to have gained 5 lbs since your last weigh in. I'd bet money some of the snacks were salty and it's water weight. Hopefully the numbers make you feel better. Keep up the good work. You've come so far and you're amazing!

you got this! probably water. the more you drink, the more it flushes out... sounds crazy, but that's how it goes (according to Google, lol). Check your water intake and keep smashing. you're doing awesome 🔥🔥
