Worked out for nearly 2 hours yesterday. First time at the gym in two weeks. Big day prepping for the opening of my market booth. Going to be crazy and awesome!
221.2 lb Lost so far: 69.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was a great and exhausting day. Burnt as many calories as a good gym day. The food was great and we had lots of customers. Definitely some hiccups, but a great day all and all.
