I’ve noticed this last month that I’m at the stage of losing weight/trying to maintain where I’m most at risk of the numbers slipping back upwards. I’ve yoyoed my whole life. It’s just over a year in this time and I’m so pleased with my results, I really feel like myself again, but honestly what is keeping me from creeping back up, especially when I’m busy or tired or stressed, is stepping on the scales every morning and logging on here. I don’t know if I will ever ‘effortlessly’ maintain like some people seem to, but if I can keep these little habits maybe I can do it all the same.
