Week 6 of the 5am workouts. 💪🏃‍♀️Started using pre workout and am getting so much more out of my routines. Now to stay away from the office candy as the Halloween bags come out 😱
142.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
