Ive been stress eating my calories are way up. I'm going to focus on staying active, eating intuitively, and sleeping well. Happy Friday FS friends! 😎🤘
141.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I eat terribly when I'm stressed. Still trying to manage it with other things instead of food. Baby steps, right?
