Back to wearing masks at work, stressful week for me and my husband. We get a week off next week for a staycation so thank goodness for that. Weights going down again slowly just need to not drink. Vaping helped with that but I had to quit. it's hard for me to have no vices, maybe some of you child free people can relate. :(
141.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
