Drank way too much this weekend and ate big meals, but I assume most of this is water retention. Feeling it today but I can swing back on the right track. It's way too easy for me to gain weight :(
142.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did the same thing and following my macro's to the gram. One thing I never do is skip my workouts at the gym. My weekends always derail me. We need a support group to keep us in check on the weekends. :-)
