I've been lazy about recording my eating habits.these past few days. Didn't go to the gym Saturday because of the dog's seizures. Didn't go to the gym yesterday because I needed to study. Can't go to the gym today because I have to study today and go to class tonight. I HAVE to go to the gym tomorrow, without fail!!!
153.8 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
