Got up late, in a rush. Blob holding, muscle holding, arm better but still a little sore. Short walk last night, but did it anyways, busy day. Caught a couple pics of the Cooper's hawk last night as he flew off a power line and directly over us. Press on, press on. Pulled something below my delt on left arm. I can move it, just hard to do things like put shirt on, reach dishes above me, etc. better though. No idea what i specifically did. Annoying.

I have a right shoulder ache, now, for about 3 days. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow for that, my left foot on which I dropped my laptop on, last week, and not laying down either, and my right heel has been bothering me too. I blame my right shoulder pain on the way I sleep. I'm a side-sleeper. Hope you get better Godspeed. Praying my aches and pains don't last either. Ugh! Take care. Nice pic, but I think those capture kittens and cats, right?! My cats have always been terrified of the hawk's shadow when it flies by.

Yes, they do as they are an efficient predator, meta. They hunt the same canyon as the coyotes from earlier this week.
