Finally turning it around in the right direction. One week back on the calorie counting bandwagon. The only vehicle that will get me to my destination in the Fall. Keeping track of calories has never been easier. The FatSecret phone app is a gem. I don’t know if I paid for it. All it said was to double click to confirm. Whatever I paid for it was not enough. It is so intuitive and comprehensive. It’s going to change my life and I am sure that has been true for many of you! Happy counting!!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
