Got back to 224.0, equal to one week ago, after day three of May's Fasting-Mimicking Diet. Two more days at 800 calories are coming and then I'll add protein back in during the weekend.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 101.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
