I actually started at 264 a few weeks ago. That's not ok. I'm officially pre-diabetic. I'm 40 yrs old and need to invest in my "health account". The best results I've gotten was from using this app to track my food and activity. Here I am. LETS DO THIS!!
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
