This is down from the weekend, up from last official weigh in 😁 All is good!
223.4 lb Lost so far: 67.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

On anther note...was watching Jess on the spring baking show and realized that is not how I pronounce your last name. I say dug. Duggan. Are you sure you guys are saying it right? 😆 so fun to watch. Only got through the first episode. No spoilers, please!

That was very exciting for all of us. She has done great work to lose weight. We both gained a lot of weight when we had the bakery. The work was very hard and we lost focus on health. We both are much happier now!
