Repost since someone forgot to log my weight. Bad dog!

Medium walk, interrupted by meeting a super cute puppy who just moved in down the street. My dogs loved him which is not always the case, so that was great, too. He should turn out to be a nice stable dog. South Park is full of humans once again. All the restaurants were busy, thank goodness. They have a year of lost revenue to try and make back. I can't wait until we have Walkabout and all the other neighborhood celebrations again. I miss them.

Swam earlier, nothing remarkable, but knocked it out without any issues which is good in its own right. I have not adjusted the current and I kept the average heart rate at 114. 807 strokes, 10.4 METs. Gonna have to take it up a notch so I'm working. Guess I'll do that today. Talk about the scale being just one of a group of important numbers, I've seriously improved my cardio over the past two years, my VO2 sensor is also finally working and I'm above average there, too. healthier every day which is the whole point.

If it warms up, dogs are getting a bath. Not sure how to log that, but we'll figure something out.
