68hrs into EF, 12hrs of Dry Fasting through the night and 1 hour of Running, Stairs-Climbing and cardio/ dance with Pamela Reid’s YouTube videos yesterday.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pamela Reif's workouts are really tiring and demanding😥, but when you do the workouts you feel your muscles working👍.

oops, autocorrect from Reif to Reid haha... Yeah, she's really amazing! There're a few cute videos of her working out together with lean/ muscular guy guests who were struggling while she still look so relaxed ^^
