Day 6.5 and the sickeningly sweet ketone taste in my mouth is getting unbearable.
Took a very-low-carb small meal of plain miso soup & handful of nuts (Brazil, macadamia, pecan & walnuts).
Tested my urine with a keto test strip 4hours later. Still good!
