Yeah Buddy 😁🚵 Now this is where I usually get hung up, I never seem to be able to get below 160. It's like I hang on the precipice for what seems like forever a d then the weight climbs back up. I just need to hold onto the healthy habits, pack a healthy lunch daily, workout on closing shift days and days off, and I've gotten much better at not overworking with my new job (which honestly has always been the problem. I am a workaholic and thrive on that chaos, but it affects my eating habits for the worse).
162.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
