This was a great experiment. I now know that to maintain my weight I keep eating as I am, about 1600 calories a day. My goal this week is 1200 cals a day and walk in the morning 🌄🙌🙂
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree the community is really kind and supportive. I’m trying to get 10000 steps/ a day and lift weights 🏋🏽‍♀️. I’m slowly getting back into exercise. I ache for several days after weight lifting so I’m going slow. Congratulations on your weight loss!!! I need to start tracking again. I get motivated and then eat poorly and am ashamed to track 🤭
