Dry Fasted between Sunday 8pm to Monday 1pm (17 hours). Had a short brisk walk in the morning and a longer walk under the hot noon sun. The non-consumption of water didn’t bothered me.
176.7 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
