I think I'm going to take a week of no scale. For my body I can fluctuate 5 lbs easily and I don't count that as progress yet. Wish me luck by Saturday next week- let's go!
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
