Plan IF/keto/ exercise
Worked 5 volunteer hours at library today. Don’t know how shelving books translates into exercise, but it was. I decided to count that as aerobics: bending and stretching!
Macros 35/42/23; calories 1221; fiber 17.6; net carbs 86.56. net kcals -965
163.9 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
