slowly moving toward the goal...8 days no alcohol or fast foods, no soda pop, lots of water and tea and coffee, intermittent fasting/2 meals per day. Trying to go to bed earlier for 9 hour sleep, apparently lots of sleep helps weightloss. We'll see.
