Day 3 of 21...

Time to get my HIIT on!...I've missed it...haha and of course this is me before my workout💃.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1472 kcal Fat: 27.63g | Prot: 57.35g | Carb: 245.91g.   Breakfast: Coleslaw (Commercial) , Coleslaw , Black Tea, Huletts Brown Sugar, Sunbake Brown Bread, Boiled Egg, Nestle Cremora Coffee Creamer. Dinner: Boiled Egg, Chicken or Turkey Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Gravy (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy), Boiled Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Weet-Bix Weet-Bix, Apples . more...

Thanks Taryn 😊, haha my body changed it's mind though...it was like nope...no HIIT today...After all the strength training I could not do high intensity today so I opted for a full body workout plus light abs and arms..I have learnt to listen to my body...had a nasty injury a while back...Not repeating that again . But as we all know..this journey is a lot of trial and error and above all else kindness to ourselves and our bodies.
