Hubby & I are feeling much better today. I felt well enough to run back to the mall & exchange my size large sweater for a small. I mistakenly thought both sweaters hanging on the rack were smalls. I tried one on & decided it was meant to be oversized & still liked it. When I got home I realized my mistake & I had plenty of oversized tops...maybe the small would be better. When I tried it on I was pleased I had plenty of room ☺ I still need a medium in some tops, but that's OK too.

I am up 1.4 lbs. from Feb.1st, but Jan 31st I weighed .4 more than today. So that just tells me not to get excited about fluctuating a couple of lbs. either way. I was happy to see I was back under goal this morning....thanks to eating way less, yesterday. We had a light dinner & I didn't even want dessert. We went to bed right after dinner & the kitchen was cleaned. I was so tired. I did read for a little while but it was lights out before 11:00 PM...highly unusual for me.

I ran some more errands while I was out so got in some walking. That's good cause it's raining, so no walk in the neighborhood.

Cooking the last of our Hello Fresh meals tonight....burgers with potato wedges.

The Voice premiers tonight 😀🎶🎵🎶 Yay!! I love The Voice 💕

Added observation▪︎Average calories for February was 1949...over my 1800 by 149. This past week was 1845 though so that may be why I ended up under goal. Even though I have my calorie limit set at 1800 I don't worry I have eaten too much til I exceed that by 200 to 300. Then I know I better put on the brakes. I also weigh every day so that contributes to whether I feel I can eat a little more or not.

I love singing shows, too but no longer get those channels. Awesome to exchange a large for a small and not the other way around! Congrats on all your victories and maintaining so beautifully! 💕

Thanks, DP! Unfortunately, I thought I had set tonight's Voice episode to record and I hadn't ☹ We have a new streaming service and I have to remember to set all our favorites up as they premier. I think I can go back and watch it on demand tomorrow....if not NBC is doing a repeat Sunday night. Do you not watch much TV or you just don't get the network channels?

I picked my channels and so I have just a handful based on what I thought I'd need which didn't include local networks. I rarely miss it but that's one i enjoyed. I watched American Idol faithfully for years. Just like to hear people and judge them. 😊 Hopefully you can find that episode.
