Can you make big batches of food for yourself ahead of time and then put portions in the fridge for yourself? I do that with omeletes: will make a six egg omelet with veggies on a day that I have time, then only eat 1/4 to 1/3 of it, put the rest in the fridge. Helps a lot in the morning when I am working to feed the kids b/c I can just re-heat my breakfast without being tempted as much by their cereal or pancakes or whatever. I also sometimes do this with cooked or grilled veggies for dinner time. It saves so much time to be able to re-heat a side dish rather than have to prep it new every meal.
