Day 1 exercised 40 minutes cardio!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have 150 lbs to lose and today I exercised for the first time to the Zumba Wii game. I could only do 10 minutes at the beginners level. I have to build at my own pace. Yea I was depressed because I could not do more, but I was proud and grateful that I could do something. I love Zumba the music and the steps. I want to get good at it. I said all that to say whooo hooo for you doing 40 minutes of cardio.
