Meh. I should be happy todays weigh in but Im just irritated. I had a pretty crappy day at work and with my kid and for the record - yes I did eat the pop tarts. I logged it and readjusted my plans for the rest of the day. A little over my goals not enough to make a huge difference. I came home and had a nice dinner then curled up with my dog and watched Captain America. Nice way to end the day.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Everyone has a bad day here and there. Just limit it to that day so it doesn't ruin the week. Good job on tracking it and getting some cuddles. :)
