I used to have a full gym in my house along with the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna - because of all of the upkeep with the gym equipment, I decided joining a gym would be easier. After we put the gym in the house I realized I missed the social aspect of a gym. Long story short, after NY State shut down all of the gyms and now the State is making us jump through all of these hoops to go back, I wish I would have just kept everything. I have a new sauna and the Jacuzzi, but I was thinking I should get a set of new free weights and a treadmill just to have a limited gym in the home because, who knows when life will return to normal again. I have given up trying to anticipate. This inactivity I have been going through for the past few months has been killing me. I don’t know if it is mental or physical, but I believe I can feel myself becoming weaker and less motivated due to a lack of physical activity. I’m glad to see that you’re still keeping it going. That is essential.

skydiverjim- Damn, bro. It must be tough to be locked down like that. Here in Texas, the restrictions are lighter in comparison to NY. When the Lockdowns happened, I did bought my own weights and even did some aerobics on YouTube however I did miss the company of other people. It was a challenge to stay motivated, but theres always a Light at the end of the Tunnel.
