Hahah yea, the rainy season nowadays likely caused most people to exercise less.
My daily RDI goal is 1500kcal. It helps me to realistically keep below 1700kcal actual intake.
I make use of my Apple Watch to ensure daily 500kcal active burn, 20mins of exercise and stand for at least a minute per hour for 12 hours 🙂
