Katsolo's Journal, 28 December 2020

Walked and swam yesterday in advance of the first winter storm. Glad I go it in, it's raining this morning although I do see a break in the clouds. Bump up is from eating some cereal and milk in the middle of the night. I went to bed early, woke up at midnight and was still awake and ravenous at 2, so I did what I needed to do and did keep it in moderation. I guess I'll log it on today's calories since technically it was really early this morning. that's gonna suck the rest of the day, but it is what it is.

Watch only logged two of the three sets that I did. I don't know what's going on lately, but I'm annoyed. At least I'm used to counting. It probably also affected the overall numbers. I counted 806 strokes, watch did 583, 10.2 METs, average heart rate at 150 for the first two sets, no idea if it accounted for the third set or not, so good enough.

Walk was somewhat leisurely, but still counts. I like spending the time with BF since we can't do our normal thing. Picked up an interesting book from one of our free tiny little libraries. We'll see if I can preserve my eyesight enough during the day to tolerate reading an actual book.

Edit: 20,326 calories burned of 22,200 for the December award. I can totally do this.
