Thanks @hebrews1036! I found out that I have a severe vitamin D deficiency shortly after starting the app and I’ve been taking the 10,000 IU D3 supplement daily recommended by my doctor to treat the deficiency. I genuinely feel like this is helping my weight come off the most!
