The gain was worse than I thought it would be 😔

Saturday was our family Thanksgiving, and I ate leftovers on Sunday. No walking on the weekend.

I’ve been back on track since Monday, and was hoping to minimize the damage. Hopefully next week will be better.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
