My son and his family, except for the oldest who lives in Phoenix, were here for Thanksgiving. They all had Covid 19 over a month ago, so statistically is was safe for them to come here. My MIL did great that day and ate like a champ. Then sundowners hit that evening and she has been a train wreck ever since. 17 year old grandson sat up and tried to sooth her all night and she was still manic on Friday. I was up all night with her Friday night and bad day yesterday all day. She finally crashed around 6 last night and is still sleeping. Last time she did this she slept for 4 days! Bless her heart, this is just not fair! She is a good woman who doesn't deserve to live out her last days like this. Please send up a prayer or positive vibes for her.

Oh my dear rhontique, thank you so much for your gracious comment to my journal of 11/22/20. I'm leaving this note of appreciation here as a comment to your journal because I want to make sure you get it. Yes, yes, yes, it does help a lot knowing that others care. It amazed me that you said that it seems like you know me. I don't know if you've read any of my other journals, but man, some of them are very negative. You are very right about not being a doormat, and many times I was. I love the Lord so very much, and am so grateful for my salvation. I couldn't do this with Him. The word I get from Him more than any other is "forgive". I have to fight fear a lot of the time. I fear so many things. But the Lord hangs onto me. Thanks again. I intend to read journals of yours to get to know you better. And yes, I am praying for your MIL, you, and your entire family.
