Well, damn happy lentil beet patty to me!!! New low since May 2014 except then I was sick and weak, now I’m healthy and strong 👊🏻 💪🏻
172.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
