Overall, a great weekend. Managed to get movement in every single day, although mostly walking. I did swim yesterday, which was interesting. I got in at ~4:30, sun was still up and it was low 70's. By the time I got out, the temp had dropped at least 10 degrees, there was steam coming off the water and initially I thought my eyes were messed up but a dense fog was forming right on top of me. Pretty cool.

Walked Friday, Saturday and Sunday, although Sunday was fairly light on effort. Doesn't matter, still got out and did it. BF and I are not dining out at all these days, and he has accepted that I don't want to sit and watch movies during the day when it's pretty outside. Instead, we've been walking the dogs to the park and spending our time together that way. So much better getting to talk and enjoying each other's company. I don't mind watching movies at night, but we live in paradise so we should be spending that time outside when we can.

As for the swim, I'm a little sore this morning, which is weird. Or it could have been from moving the freezer around, I guess. 22 minutes in cardio, average heart rate 141, 834 strokes, 10.3 METs. I notched up the current one place, so that's good. that leaves 3 to where I left it before I screwed up the back.

Anyways, it's cold but still going to make it a great day. Onwards!
