So lil sis & bil have been supplying my dinner for the past few days to try and see if that helps with reducing my pain and the swelling in my feet. So far it's been great for my morning weigh in, but hasn't had any impact on the pain or swelling yet.

I'm next scheduled to see an Orthopedist, still have the skin biopsy and ENG scheduled for December and in the meantime I'm supposed to participate in a sleep study, BUT I will have to drive to Scottsdale to pickup"the equipment" and bring it back the next morning. SERIOUSLY!?!?!? I can barely walk thru my house with dishes of cat food, and they want me to pick up "equipment". I will have to figure it out, just so tired of this pain, and all the BS I'm having to contend with to find the source and effectively treat it.

I know"stop whining", as I have so much to be Thankful for! Hope your plans will keep you safe & well my friend's. Whatever else you decide to do this Thanksgiving, remember to be Thankful for the things you do have... here's some of mine in case you can't think of any;
a roof over my head,
a job that allows me to work from home and afford to pay the rent+bills,
health insurance that is covering most of the expense of this painful journey looking for relief,
family & friends that care,
food , disinfectant & paper products in my house,
cats for comic relief whenever they aren't trying to kill me,
a vehicle to get me where I need to go,
And more than anything else: every breath I take, every step I make!!!

I’m not sure what is causing your pain, but since I lost about 15# my feet feel much better. I also had leg cramps at night, taking magnesium before bed has helped a lot. Now that I am walking 30min 3x a day, I take magnesium in the morning too.
