I'm just over two weeks on my journey to live a healthier lifestyle.

FS is a tremendous help because it's a great forum to track progress, share recipes, information and exercise ideas. It's also a place to give and receive encouragement, positive feedback and support from like-minded people.

I close by wishing you a good journey. I'll be cheering for you along the way.
