Finally was scheduled for my Lumbar Injection this morning. Initial response was positive to the nerves 😬 . I have another 6 hours to see if the body will reduce the pain. It is difficult to lay in the prone position for those many hours.

Slight weight reduction, but expected the loss due to the HIIT Program. It seemed like the metabolism level never reduced.

Time to find a pillow 😎😎

Thx, feeling better, but need to relax & reduce the recovery speed. Dr was specific & suggested to cut all exercise weights to the 50% level. This will be a challenge 😂🥵😎

Better to cut it to 50% than to ruin yourself and not have any at all! Be safe! I can't picture you anything less than fit.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I've had those and they do help.

Hang in there and recover safely. Fifty % is good news compared to what a lot of people have to cut out. But I know it’s hard to accept. Good luck with it all!

Much Appreciated everyone. This morning for the BB Squats, I did KB instead. They also had Jump Squats, so was cautious and went to BWS to control the possible pressure on the spine. 🥵😎
