I got my FS yellow bar!
My first mini goal is to slip into the 'overweight' BMI category from 'obese' (even though I'm not 100% driven by BMI as am quite muscly). 0.4 kg (1lb) to go. Can I do it next week?!

Oops, miscalculated and I still have 4kg to lose to get out of obese. So maybe Christmas is a better goal than next week :))
I am under 200lbs now which is a nice milestone, and more or less back where I STARTED my diet on FS back in 2013. I hope this time we can keep the new WOE and never YOYO again.
