I stuck to Keto and egg fast fairly well today.
Macros 7/73/20; 1176 calories; 7.0 fiber; 13.67 net carbs; net kcals -1119
169.3 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
