7 weeks in today and 9 kg down. So far finding the 5:2 pattern pretty easy and on the non-fast days I tend to be careful anyway unless there’s a special occasion. I’d love to see a similar progress between now and xmas. It would take me a long way towards my goal. So, on-on!
202.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, I guess the website is confused when it says you are Losing 5.6 kg a Week. I was worried it was too fast to be healthy. But 9kg in 7 weeks sounds like a healthy phase. Looks like you are doing amazing, keep going!

Ah thanks for checking in! Yes on a daily weigh in a few 100g up or down is normal but FS makes it look dramatic ! 🤣
