I am Ready for the weekend. It’s been some long hours in the office.


Crazy 😜 but the first time to El Pollo Loco since we shut down the city, about 6 months ago. Good Chicken 🐔

Time for about 4 cups of my favorite drink?????
166.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
