So yesterday was easy enough.

No boozing, no snacking, in bed before 22:00 and got a full nights sleep!! I don’t remember the last time that happened. Cutting out the Sunday – Thursday boozing will cut down around 300 calories each day (not counting snackage).
I’d planned on just having the omelette for dinner last night but our new oven was fitted earlier than expected so we had to put some chips in…just to make sure it was working you understand…I did however put in less than I would normally have and I decided not to have bread and butter with it! As it turned out when I was finished I was more than full and could just have had the omelette and not needed anything else anyway.

With having kids in the house it was difficult (very difficult) not to sneak in a wee biscuit around 20:00 but I realised I’d only be cheating myself. I was very good yesterday, even said no to one (yes one!!) peanut M&M!! Sad I know but I’m so proud of myself, peanuts are my Achilles Heel (particularly KP Salt & Vinegar jumbo peanuts).

Today may be difficult. I know that eating little and exercising like I will be probably won’t mix too well. I’ll probably use up more calories exercising than I will be taking in today…I may need to re-think what I’m going to eat on a Tuesday and Thursday.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
