Yes I did, I am down. Very happy feeling good. I love exercise and I think it has a great impact on my body regardless of what I eat. I mean I still have to eat as well as possible but w/ the exercise I don't have to worry if I eat a burger or cookies....Hubby bought me a scale, nothing fancy but it helps me to keep track of my weight now. THank you everyone for all the encouragement and motivation. I hope ur all doing a great job too. 10lbs b4 valentines day here I come.*
129.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
