The smoke in the air from the fires in Washington and Oregon State blanketing BC West Coast makes it mandatory to wear a facemask all the time outside the house, not just because of COVID-19. It's exhausting not to get enough oxygen. Can't workout, can hardly work at all. My 2 hours outdoors in a park for my nephew's birthday left me gasping for air even though I wore my mask, burning eyes and throat. It is hot and stuffy in my apartment because I have to keep the windows closed. I hate the sound of my own complaining. I hope all of you are safe and out of harm's way. Be well.
