OMG I lost weight again. Only 600g and also 1% body fat so hopefully it was that. Whata can I do know to start going the other way. Well my options are either eaat more or exercise less. Probably start with exercise less as I do do a lot and it's starting to take up a lot of my time. Maybe I should reduce it a little bit.....
Oh well until next week....
