I weigh myself everyday in the morning, it keeps me on track. My weight this morning is exactly the same as yesterday, so at least I didn't gain!

Today is a cheat day for me. Thai food at lunch and ice cream cake for a coworker's bday. Just a small piece though! The Thai food was buffet, but I made sure not to stuff myself. :)

I'm on my 4th bottle of water today, and drank 2 glasses at lunch. I'm starting to enjoy my water. lol
231.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
