That was not too painful... 169 lbs and hell bent on staying in the one sixty somethings from now on. At least until I reach the one fifties something. I am finding Chef AJ's book about the Secrets to Maximum Weight Loss to be most enlightening and worth reading. Haven't gotten to the recipes yet but there are bound to be some good ones!

Made some grilled tofu and veggie kabobs the other day; marinate the tofu in an Asian marinade overnight for flavor and then straight to the grill!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
